Dear Ammie,
I can’t help but to send you another huge THANK YOU! I’m the same customer who lives in Toronto, now, a return customer who plans to come back to you in the future!
I got so busy during the past Father’s Day that I completely forgot to call my dad in Malaysia, and because of the time difference, I ended up reaching him a day late. I’m sure he was not impressed! But thanks to LeFiores’ quick turn around, I managed to make it up to my dad!!
I thought about your store as soon as I realized it was too late to call my dad on Sunday. I was just trying my luck when I emailed you and did not expect to get a respond so soon!
To make a long story short, not only did you deliver a beautiful floral arrangement to my dad, you also went out of your way to meet my special request by searching for a delicious cake from a specialty cake store to go with the flowers! My parents were delighted!!
Thank you again for all that you’ve done! There are so many florists that I could have contacted, but it is your service that makes me want to come back to you! Keep up the great work!!
P/S: To all readers, in case you are wondering, I am a real customer who has never met Ammie before dealing with her online! So these are true testimonials!!

Below are some of the pictures taken during the weekend at my grandma’s organic farm. She’s an expert when it comes to growing organic vegetables. My grandma did all the plowing and planting all by herself despite of having an eye-condition that affects her vision. Every morning and evening without fail, she tends to her garden so that we could have fresh, chemical-free, home-grown vegetables on our diet. I especially love the harvesting part! Enjoy the pictures!

My best friends are tying the knot today! A sweet bouquet for the bride filled with luscious imported fresh cream roses accented with pink eustomas. I called it ‘My Strawberry Parfait’ because it looks so edible and soooo deliciously sweet!

Congratulations to the lovely couple, Justin and Gracie!
This year also mark my 10th year of friendship with the couple! Time flies but I sure hope we all stay happy and healthy forever. =)
Cheers and lots of hugs to the newly wed!
On another note, thank god the bad haze had toned down a little bit. The past two weeks was dreadful! Have a great day y’all!
Dear Ammie,
Please accept this special Thank-You from a very happy customer! I live in Toronto, Canada. This past Mother’s Day I decided to send some flowers to my mom and aunt, who live in PJ and Selayang. Due to the time difference and many stores closing early on the weekend, I was having a hard time finding a store online that has reasonable pricing and have the types of services that meet my needs.
I couldn’t believe my luck when I came across your website. The words that caught my eyes initially were “Eco-Friendly”. It’s very refreshing to find a store that pays emphasis on the environment, which is especially rare in Malaysia. I was excited to find that you offered free delivery to the Klang valley, and that you had vase bouquets that were reasonably priced for the special occasion. You also accepted my last minute order which I truly appreciated!
Most of all, the level of personal service I received was beyond expectation. I thought I had missed the deadline for the order and was very worried. I sent an email to your company thinking that I probably wouldn’t hear back as it was already after closing on the day before Mother’s Day, a very busy time for all florists. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response directly from you confirming my orders, and later, a follow-up email advising me that the orders have been successfully delivered. You also took the time to describe what you did, catered to my special request, and re-assured me of the quality of your service.
Needless to say, both my mom and aunt loved the bouquets. The flowers were very fresh and the presentation was very attractive (they looked even better than the picture on your website!) I must mention that besides the gorgeous carnation arrangements, the beautiful hand-painted water colour cards added a personal touch that is not commonly found amongst florists. It was definitely an added bonus!
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t help but to share this with everyone. I will definitely recommend LeFiores to my friends, and would certainly consider doing business with your company again!
Thank you again! I wish you all the best!

Lately, my household diet has changed drastically to an all-organic, locally grown veggies and fruits. We rarely consume red meat these days and approximately twice a month, we’ll get a whole free-range kampung chicken to slow-cook some herbal soup. The reason is because the more I read and researched about organic farming methods versus the commercially non-organic farming methods, the more I’m worried about the health consequences of eating fruits and veggies that are contaminated with high level of toxic pesticide residues.
Following is a list of the most and least contaminated fruits and vegetables in the order of importance, researched and compiled by The Environmental Working Group (EWG), a non-profit consumer organization based in the States. There are many people who are reluctant to switch to an all-organic food diet because of the higher price tag in most organic produce, although sometimes you’ll be surprised to find that non-organic produce are more expensive or at a similar price range. If you want to go partially organic, the list below helps you determine which fruits and veggies are best to go organic and which you can go without.
The Dirty Dozen – Twelve Most Contaminated (Buy These Organic)
1. Peach
2. Apple
3. Bell Pepper
4. Celery
5. Nectarine
6. Strawberries
7. Cherries
8. Kale
9. Lettuce
10. Grapes (Imported)
11. Carrot
12. Pear
The Clean Fifteen – Lowest in Pesticides

2. Avocado
3. Sweet Corn
4. Pineapple
5. Mango
6. Asparagus
7. Sweet Peas
8. Kiwi
9. Cabbage
10. Eggplant
