Hi Lynn, hope you’re doing fine. My grandma’s farm is in Malacca town, a small historical state in Malaysia. I’ve seen your pictures of the Organic Seminole Pumpkins! They are beautiful, like nature’s work of art. My grandma is gonna be so happy if she can grow such lovely pumpkins as yours.

We always stir-fry the Chinese greens and they’re so easy to plant. Usually, i’ll just smash up some garlic and stir-fry them on a heated pan with some cooking oil. Stir-fry the garlic until you can smell the aroma and when the garlic turn’s a bit golden brown, add in the cut Chinese greens. Add some salt or oyster sauce to taste. It goes well with steamed white rice. =)

Where is Grandma’s farm located? I also grow organic veggies and have a bunch of pumpkin seeds I have saved from past harvest and would be willing to share with her. I am located in N FL. I have growing a green that looks like her Chinese Green.
I have no idea what it is called or how to use it other then a lettuce substitute. Thanks; … LT

We only have chillies, pandan leaves, curry leaves and all the other easy-to-grow plants… but pumpkin!? #applaud#

That’s true Pin. Sometimes, the crops won’t grow as expected. Recently, my grandma tried to plant pumpkins but they just stopped growing prematurely. So, my grandma tried another method and they are growing now!
