Roses Colors and Meanings

Delivery Policy

  Delivery Area

  • Lefiores.com currently delivers within the Klang Valley, Melaka City, Pulau Pinang and Singapore only.
  • Lefiores.com does not accept P.O. Box addresses.
  • All prices stated are inclusive of delivery charges.

  Delivery Time

  • All delivery date and time is specified in Malaysia/Singapore (GMT +08:00) time zone.
  • All orders must be received before 1:00PM (Monday to Friday) for same day delivery.
  • All orders received after 1:00PM (Monday to Friday) will be delivered on the next day.
  • All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • All orders for major holidays or peak season delivery (for e.g. Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day) should be made at least 5 days in advance to guarantee the availability of supplies.
  • Lefiores.com is unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, or military bases. However, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
  • Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient’s name, delivery address, postcode, contact number & delivery date. Lefiores.com will not be liable for any delays or failures of delivery due to incomplete information given.

Order Amendments and Cancellations Policy

At Lefiores.com, it is our responsibility that you receive excellent service. We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route, or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please email me at ammie@lefiores.com.

Refund Policy

  • All refund requests will be at the discretion of Lefiores.com.
  • Any problems or complaints upon receipt of bouquets must be made within 24 hours via email to ammie@lefiores.com.
  • Lefiores.com is not liable to honor any refund if:
    • Insufficient information is given
    • The recipient refuses to accept the bouquets (as ordered items are considered delivered)
    • In cases such as failure of delivery to some rural areas

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, floral and packaging materials substitutions are necessary due to temporary regional availability issues. Lefiores.com reserves the right to substitute any floral and packaging materials of equal or higher value while preserving the style, theme and color scheme of your order.
